Got an invitation from Andreas Öhgren for a workout with him
(he´s a personal trainer) and another hockey player Johnny Oduya
this monday morning. Here´s some pictures from our workout:

Warm up..

Some balance and shoulders..

Legs in the position of 90 degrees.. we worked with the elastic band,
we had it below our knees and stepped sideways while we where
threwing a medicin ball to each other.

Johnny is stickhandling at the slideboard.

More balance, core and arms..
