Morning workout

Went for a morning workout with Katia and
Kim this morning after breakfast. Warming up
on the bike. We did some core, arms, upperbody,
rehab etc.

We did 3 sets of pull ups..

The girls helped me to push myself to the max.

Kim´s bottle of water, yellow and brownish?!
She´s been drinking the tap water since we came
here and today they told her that the water is really
bad in the hole Moscow region. Oooops!

Kim is working on her core strength.

Had a great sallad and soup in the afternoon.

Getting ready for a spinning session right now.
