many many years ago, this was something new and fun!

Atlantic Ice Warriors

The Hockey Camp starts today with the Atlantic Ice Warriors.
I am looking forward for a great week with all the kids and the staff.
I will be an instrictor for the girls group.

We started of with a gym session with Ryan yesterday.
Ryan in is gym, Ryan is a Sport Conditioning Specialist &
a fitness instructor. He has a background as an professional
hockeyplayer and he has a great personality. I got to know
Ryan last year when we played a 4-nations cup in St Johns and
practised in Clarenville with the Swedish National Team.
And now I am back, working for him at his hockey camp!

Good Morning

God morning Newfoundland!

Breakfast, best meal of the day!!! Oatmeal, omelette, french toast
and milk was my start of the day, lovely!

The lovely lady that is working in the Restaurant thought the breakfast
was for two. I sad it was just for me and she sad- Oh! :) We started
to talk about why I was here and about hockey. When I left the restaurant
she told me that she was proud of me. That is the best thing with Canadians,
they support you and love sports. She just met me and is proud of me, not
many of my closest family and friends has told me that, even if I know they are.

Heading to a workout with Ryan and then I will plan my week.

Thanks to SOK

I flew out from Stockholm/Sweden this morning and now I am in Newfoundland,
Canada. I had a stopover in London, a great and pleasant flight! I am
looking forward to work at a hockeycamp here for one week.

Before I flew from Sweden I payed my bills
It´s not always that fun to pay your bills, especially not
when you not are getting a salary. Can´t wait for my first salary
in october, it´s been one year since my last salary.

My weekend

Älskar min telefon från Samsung, Galaxy S II. Tar alla
mina kort till bloggen med den nu, så smidigt å skönt.
Min första touch telefon, måste försöka hänga med i
teknikens värld.

Grattis Syster Sandra som tog körkort i fredags,
medans jag var ovan molnen påväg hem till Stockholm
från Wien. Blev så glad å stolt när jag fick höra nyheten!!!

Har varit hemma hos mina kära vänner Fredrik, Camilla
å de två fina döttrarna Tuwa å Tindra.

Millan å jag med tjejerna, Tuwa 2 år har redan lärt sig bläddra
mellan bilder på en touch telefon och kan även starta videos,
jag var chockad!

I lördags hade jag middag hemma hos mig. Jag bjöd
på det jag älskar mest, kött, potatis, majskolvar, sallad
och béa sås. Mina gäster vart propp mätta å jag likaså.

Det vart "killmiddag" hemma hos mig, mina älskade vänner
Ville, Adam, Eric, Jonas å Jag.

Mysfrukost hemma hos Sandra å Gustav i söndags.

Varit hos min sjukgymnast Drugge idag,
fick ett fint rehab & smidighets program. Drugge
tar hand om alla Olympier åt SOK.

Idag var jag på lunch med finaste Farmor.

Tack för den tidiga födelsedags presenten!! Kommer fira min 27års
dag i Ryssland i år, då blir det kalas med ryssarna.

Behöver ni köpa eller laga klockor så rekommenderar
jag Svante på Klockmaster i Globen. Bästa servicen i stan!!!

Tog en fika vid Alvik strand idag,
tack för god glass å trevligt sällskap!!

Imorgon går mitt flyg till Canada där jag skall jobba på
en hockey camp i en vecka. Mina Damkronor är i Finland
nu samtidigt och ska spela en 8-nations turnering. Hade bokat
in min camp långt innan jag fick veta vårat spel schema så det
krockade. Trist att det krockade men bara missat 2 landslags
läger på 10år. All lycka till tjejerna!!!
